MamaRent rental conditions described in these points are considered accepted by the Customer once they confirm (via e-mail) the order. At the moment of confirmation, a legally binding Contract between us (between the Customer and MamaRent) is established.

MamaRent will communicate the prices in Euro (€) via e-mail or phone.
The payment confirms the order.
MamaRent will clean and sanitize all the products before each rental.
MamaRent offers delivery and pick-up service as follows: 20 kilometres, 20 €; 21 – 30 km, 25 €; 31 – 40 km, 30 €.
Delivery and pick-up points in Venice are Santa Lucia Train Station, Piazzale Roma, Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square.
In case of damages, the Customer must immediately inform MamaRent—any late communications exempt MamaRent from responsibility.
MamaRent is not liable for any damage suffered by persons and/or things that could occur during the rental period due to breaks, malfunctions and/or manufacturing fault, negligence or inappropriate use of rented products by the Customer.
The equipment must be returned in the same condition as when rented, at the address and time agreed with MamaRent.
If these conditions are not satisfied (equipment is dirty or damaged), the Customer must compensate MamaRent with an amount equal to the effective damage.
In the event of loss or robbery, the Customer will be held directly responsible and must compensate MamaRent in an amount equal to 50% of the product market value.
The Customer's absence at the moment of the delivery of the products until 30 minutes after the agreed time will be considered as renounced by the Customer, and the Product will be available again for any use.
The Customer can't cancel the Contract once the rental period has begun.
In case of cancellation 48 hours or less before the delivery, MamaRent can charge a fee of 50% of the rental price.
The full amount will be charged if the Customer decides to stop the rental period in advance. If the Customer requires an extension of the rental period, an agreement will be made.
MamaRent will treat the personal data provided by the Customer with respect to Art. 13 D.Lgs. n.196/2003. The Customer declares having received this information, is responsible for the authenticity of the data provided, and consents to the treatment of personal data to formalize the relation between the Customer and MamaRent.
The present Contract is regulated by Italian law. In case of dispute, the court of jurisdiction will be exclusively in Venice (Venezia, Italy).
