Terms and conditions:

MamaRent rental conditions described in these points are considered accepted by the Customer once they confirm (via e-mail) the order. At the moment of confirmation, a legally binding Contract between us (between the Customer and MamaRent) is established.
The prices are the ones indicated on our web site or agreed via email. The prices indicated are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of all taxes.
The order is confirmed with the payment.
MamaRent will clean and sanitize all the products before each rental. And will deliver the equipment in good and operating conditions.
The equipment will be delivered at to the address as agreed with the Customer.
At the moment we offer delivery and pick up service. One delivery and one pick up charges for 20 kilometers are: 20 euro, for 21 – 30 kilometers: 25 euro, for 31 – 40 kilometers: 30 euro.
Delivery and collection points in Venice are the Santa Lucia railway Station and Piazzale Roma, Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. To know the exact price of delivery and collection and to agree on a location, please contact us by email.
In case of damages the Customer must immediately inform MamaRent. Any late communications exempts MamaRent from responsibility.
MamaRent is not liable for any damage suffered by persons and/or things that could occur during the rental period due to breaks, malfunctions and/or manufacturing fault, negligence or inappropriate use of rented products by the Customer.
The equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was rented at the address and time agreed with MamaRent.
If these conditions are not satisfied (equipment dirty or damaged) the Customer must compensate MamaRent with an amount equal to the effective damage.
In the event of loss or robbery, the Customer will be held directly responsible and must compensate MamaRent in an amount equal to the 50% of the product market value.
The absence of the Customer at the moment of the delivery of the products, until 30 minutes after the agreed time, will be considered as renounce by the Customer and the product will be again available for any use.
Once the rental period begins, the paid amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before delivery, MamaRent will charge a fee equal to 50% of the rental price.
If the Customer requires an extension of the rental period, an agreement will be made.
The personal data provided by the Customer will be treated by MamaRent with respect to Art. 13 D.Lgs. n.196/2003. The Customer declares having received this information, being responsible for the authenticity of the data provided, and consents to the treatment of personal data to formalize the relation between the Customer and MamaRent.
The present Contract is regulated by Italian law. In case of dispute the court of jurisdiction will be exclusively in Venice (Venezia, Italy).

Privacy policy:

As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)-EU Regulation 2016/679- came into effect.
(GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation UE 2016/679).
By confirming the booking you accept to communicate your personal data requested by MamaRent as a guarantee of the rented product and for fiscal purposes as forseen by the Italian government.

However, MamaRent would like to inform you that the data in its possession will never be given to other third parties which are not mentioned here.
